Service Description
New and seasoned runners welcome. (the ability to jog 10 mins recommended) This interval style run program is designed to help you increase distance, speed and ability on hills in a safe yet effective manner. The addition of the "yoga for runners" (stretching with supports-no yoga experience necessary) at the end of each run brings balance to your run training and ideally reduces the risk of common injury and discomfort associated to running. We will aim to cover a 5km+ distance by the end of the training.

Cancellation Policy
Due to limited space, cancellations of ongoing programs and retreat style workshops must be cancelled one week prior to the start date. Within one week prior to the start date cancellations will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. In regards to missed or cancelled drop-in classes or workshops costing less than $50 the entire program fee will be forfeited. Thank you for your understanding and appreciation of our time and commitment to our community.
